Philip joined the Evergreen staff in 2018 and now serves as Lead Pastor of Leadership at Evergreen, where he oversees Evergreen Global Administrations, the Evergreen Institute as Dean, the Community Department, and Global Missions Department. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration from Rogers State University and a Master’s in Theological Studies from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Philip married his high school sweetheart, Lindsay, in June 2004, and they have two daughters, Emma and Ava. He was called to ministry while serving in youth and men’s ministry alongside other staff and has been actively involved in church leadership since junior high. His favorite hobbies include woodworking and weight lifting.
